Thought I'd try my hand at replicating Chili's dipping sauce for southwest eggrolls, and ended up discovering a recipe that's much better!
1 Hass avocado, peeled and seeded
1/2 c. sour cream
2T. ranch salad dressing
1 T. lemon juice
Squish up the avocado with the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
I served this over chicken quesadillas and will be serving it tonight with blackened tilapia. TJ loves this stuff!
